You represent the MRN brand by meeting and engaging with new customers - assisting them with home inspections, insurance claims, and project updates. 


We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, ambitious project manager to join our team. Although the office is located in Georgia, our project manager team can work from any location in the surrounding area. We service Loganville, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Smyrna and everywhere in between.

As a project manager, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company's abilities and services to not only maximize growth, but also to ensure consistency while building lasting relationships with clients. MRN provides project managers with the right tools and resources to effectively build networks and acquire new business. To excel in this role, you should possess a competitive spirit, a compelling sales personality, and a level of dedication and responsibility to steadily communicate with each client. MRN Contracting has implemented a generous commission structure for your effort in generating new business. 

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's exterior improvement needs 

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships 

  • Promote the company's services while addressing or predicting clients' objectives 

  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. 

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and support beyond initial client meeting

  • Collaborate with other team members to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients 

  • Track all networking activities in provided software systems and keep current by updating client information regularly

  • Meet and/or exceed quotas 




  • 1-2 years of business development experience, preferred

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

  • Organized

  • Proficiency in English

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent time management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
